What beer are you drinking now? #1480

Happy Election Day to all BA's in the US! Another historic day.
When I was a student we stayed up all night to follow developments during the first Bill Clinton election (with American drinks and snacks ofcourse).

Now poured a Piraat and almost forgot to take a picture. That's why the foamy head is more or less gone. This Piraat beer is used as a 'basis' for some other beers, one of them is the famous beer from de Garre in Brugge.

With the morning run and life's responsibilities in the books, it's time to be irresponsible for a couple of hours. This beer seemed to call my name today, so here we go! At nearly a year old it's blended into a nice balance of barrel and dark chocolatey roast with the 11.7 abv. very well hidden. I'd say drink 'em now if you got 'em!

The wind and rain today has done a number on the remaining fall foliage. The show is nearly over!



Some feel good music because we all need it from time to time......

 

I forgot how good this was. Had my bread for breakfast for sure.

Seems appropriate.
