Sorry to hear. Our lives are so much richer for their presence, and that much poorer without their unconditional love.

Tried putting up Xmas lights tonight...Epic Failure. Drowning my girlfriends sorrows with a Great Divide Oatmeal Yeti.

I could not care less, whether or not the lights ever get hung!!!

Nice post. Sad post. I have two daughters older than that and it would be hard for me to deal with what this young lady and family are facing.

I am not a religious sort but my prayers are always with young folks with these kind of challenges.

So very sad for your loss, our hearts are out to you and the family.
Boy do they leave an impact, our sons still go "out back" to the marker and pay respect.
    They never leave us.
    Cheers

    Happy #1500 everyone.

Bought a sixer of New Belgium Accumulation when picking up stuff for dinner. Forgot how solid of a beer this is.

My nite cap in honour of today's 1500 WBAYDN, an epic milestone, and I'm glad to be a part of it with you, my BA virtual bar buddies - DFH 120 bottled 2011 and purchased August 2011 (and cellared since):

Going to crack these open left to right as soon as I head down the street to my little brothers for MNF. Thanks to @ovaltine and @SammyJaxxxx I am going to try and close the gap on the number of beers I have had vs the number of WBAYDN days so maybe I can crack #2000 for #2000

A week or so ago a bunch of folks (mostly old stoners like yours truly) got into a discussion about words to this song. It was really cool. Kinda brought back memories. Anyway I thought I would post said tune to honor the guilty.

    I'm celebrating two things tonight:

    1) WBAYDN 1500

    2) My wife finally picked out countertops and backsplash. The endless hours of looking at pictures online and samples crowding our kitchen are over!!!

Hey @WesMantooth my thoughts and prayers are with your school tonight. Evil won't win.

Kinda weird I can get it in Richmond but you cannot find it in SC. Maybe Richmond is too hip (have no idea what that means).

Would this be a brew I could send as I figure out how to ship stuff?

You need to try more VA beers .
Although I'm not a huge Enjoy By fan and most of the better stuff isn't bottled, so take that advice with a grain of salt .

    Sorry to hear this.

This beer looks like the last one but is actually Midnight Ryder by Indeed Brewing.

    My "post-studying" award to myself.

Barreled Souls Rosalita. A blonde ale with hibiscus and guava. Pretty nice, easy drinking beer. It's a little sweet but one of the better "fruit beers" I've had. It's very well done.

Now some FBS with some pecan pie and caramel apple squares leftover from Thanksgiving. One of my favorite stouts, easily. Cheers!

Enjoying a can of Old Style as I continue the effort to keep it light and cheap through the week. I think I can keep it up as long as these Old Styles continue to suprise me.
