    Hill Farmstead Society & Solitude #6. Good, but after a week of hitting VT IPAs/DIPAs hard for a week I'm definitely feeling some hop fatigue. Probably switching to saisons for a few days.

    Well I went to Two Brothers tap house and tried the Stone collab Dayman Coffee IPA. It was really amazing, incredible how they got the coffee and hops to interact without one overpowering the other. Really a amazing beer. Back home and drinking my homebrew APA now while brewing a blond ale. Dead Guy Clone tomorrow with my brother.

    This is from 2011- with hibiscus flowers and brett. I don't think I'd let this go any longer because the hibiscus is really pushed to the background by now, but am really glad I got to try it. Happy Saturday!

    Started with a week old DC Brau On The Wings Of Armageddon, then a New Belgium Cascara Quad, followed by a year old NC Old Rasputin, then another DC Brau OTWOA. I will soon move on to a year old Ten Fidy. Great Saturday, and last day of Spring Break!
