    Enjoying my first Karnival Kolsch of spring. Super crisp, sweet toasted malt, and just enough grassy hop bitterness to clean it all up. I love this beer! It's one of my favorite seasonals.

    started w/ a maximus.... then progressed on to a full sail top sail bourbon barrel aged porter.

    the latter is totally delish! Like BCBS, but less heavy, so it doesn't put me out quite as much. I'll call it my "diet barrel-aged beer" :stuck_out_tongue:
