    NEEEED to make one. Not even apricot, just straight Berliner and I'd be alright. One of my homebrew club buddies makes an incredible one, but won't reveal the process to make it :angry:

    Just my usual torpedo tonite, had to drive 190 miles to rescue my car from car prison today, bitch almost did life ! On top of dat my bros wife had twins this am., aint had time to get anything else cold,

    Well, I just got back from a seder (which was a first for this Irish Catholic boy), so I may have a beer but I gotta hit the hay soon to wake up early as shit to take my car into the shop for an inspection, prepare for class, and teach. Gonna be a long week, fellas.

    One of the best IPAs I have ever tasted.

    Line up tonight

    All day IPA.......very good if its the first beer. Does not hold up after having a beer before it

    Centennial IPA .... Very fresh and really good

    Swing .... I really like this beer. I see many cases this summer

    Rayon vert...... Over 10 month sitting in the fridge. Holds up. Starts off a bit like sweet and sour apple. Nice funk. Huge head. Might buy a case and leave it in the cellar.
