    Good morning and happy Sunday BA's! Happy Sunday indeed, as Momma Brau delivered our son Hendrick early yesterday morning! Had some complications, but everyone is happy and healthy (and tired). If you're interested for the full story, check out my NBS post. Having this birthday cake beer to celebrate courtesy of my brother and sister IL.     Good morning, BAs! I thought about going out for brunch, and then decided: why not just cook brunch at home? And a good brunch can't go without a good beer, of course.

    For the dish, I opted for a really, really messy eggs benedict my way: two eggs over medium (still nice and runny), Hollandaise sauce, thick cut maple ham, horseradish cheddar, and paprika. It's messy and runny and looks like hell - and tastes delicious!

    It's also almost certainly a heart attack waiting to happen. :wink: Trust me, what it lacks in aesthetics, it more than makes up in deliciousness.

    Good Morning BAs. I am enjoying something red whilst I watch my team in Red attempt to win the EFL cup. Not a HUGE trophy to win but I sure as heck want us to get this one. Would be a nice start to the day.

    The beer I chose is almost taking away my attention from the game. Posting some thoughts in NBS shortly methinks.
