Sorry, mang. It was terrible. Don't even think about it.
This seems like as good a day as any for an Irish Red.
Worthy of it's bling. Thanks @Lingenbrau
PM me your address. I'll send a one way box as I have enough to share. No worries.
I so hope WSU beats Kentucky ( presuming they win ) Do not like the cats. Moving on to a New Holland Hoptronix DIPA. Neighbors dog is in heat, did not know this old dog foisted upon us by my Wife's Cousin wasn't fixed. Did't know he still had it him, he is whining & wimpering to get out. Poor Sod...
Always a fan of this. Night all!
I've had my fair share of malt liquor in college at Michigan State University. Watching them now, although they look terrible these first few minutes. Go State!
Very tasty brew.

Still alive and kicking my friend. And enjoying my beer!
I've been posting on and off on WBAYDN for years and I've always wondered but never asked: why are there different number of likes from post to post, even with consecutive posts both with pictures of the beers? Is it that some people only like posts of beers they themselves like or do certain BAs only like posts from BAs they like? Very interesting phenomenon. Maybe this should be its own thread but at any rate I'm curious.
Edit: and I'm not talking about the difference between posts of beers and response posts.
Northgate Brewing Get Together IPA. The head was the only real downside of this beer, as you can see in my picture. No, I did not do an aggressive pour. That's the way it came out of the can.
3.86/5 rDev -1.3%
look: 3.5 | smell: 3.75 | taste: 4 | feel: 4 | overall: 3.75
This beer pours a light amber color. The head was insane when poured from the glass, off white and a whole hand in the pint glass. At least it dissipates quickly. The nose has a pleasing hop aroma, but it isn't overpowering. The taste of this beer is fairly mellow, at first, then the hops kick in. Nice pine, and citrus flavor. Not very watery feeling. Overall a good beer, except for the explosive head.
This Brewer's Cut is legit
Happy Friday (and St. Pat's), BAs!
Trying this one out tonight:
Have always loved Irish/irish-inspired music..
Shared with my dad:
Ballast Point Manta Ray DIPA
Firestone Fortem Leo vs. Ursus
Modern Times Booming Rollers
Half Acre Gone Away IPA
Sierra Nevada Golden IPA
In the spirit of the holiday, a couple shots of Irish Whiskey mixed in for good measure.
Late start. So here's another from my brother in law in Denver. Lots of floaties, but otherwise fantastic. oddly quaffable for a gose and perhaps not as aggressively salted as some. A sessionable gose?

New Depeche Mode album out today. Think that will play heavily into my posts this weekend:
Thanks for the vid! Really nice stuff. I missed that one. There is this other young guy, Cody Wright, that really does some great stuff. He's a pick guy, which I love, and in the same vein as Bobby Vega. See what you think:
Eric is just a phenomenal musician, I think.
More green Curmudgeon
And some Expedition Stout!
Being lame for St Paddy's and hanging out with the kids...
I still haven't had mine yet, but I will!
eh, I like what I like. I like beer, sooo I usually post damn near anything tied to the theme of this thread, everything else based on a very adled mind
Surprised to see a Lost Abbey Serpent Stout on the menu at Bonds Tavern.
But it was too cold so I had to order a Nugget Nectar to sip on while I let it warm. Both were eventually delicious. Cheers!!!
Watching the Shockers take care of business, enjoying the Madness. How about some wheat to accompany the Shockers?
Three Floyds Sicario Pina. Muscat barrel aged Brettanomyces pineapple saison. One of the more refined sours I've had from them. Lots of that juicy pineapple, along with a hefty dose of wine barrel. All balanced out by a nice sweetness and funky and tart (but not too much) brett character. Surprisingly delicious stuff. Cheers!
Gettin a late start. Happy Friday all!
More Lush. Just had some Scottish Eggs and some corned beef hash. I'm done... Maybe.
Nothing lame about being a good dad. You will never get this time back. I for one, Salute you!
Nice! Perfect day for it. Hope you enjoyed!

Photobucket is actually working! I owe some picks from last night, Short's Lil Wheezy amber ale and Witch's Hat This Guy DIPA
And for tonight, my traditional Uncle Steve's Irish Stout.
One of my picks actually won one, so I'm celebrating with this COOP Territorial Reserve Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout from @jdell15. Thanks, brother!
There was a thread on this at some point, but I can't find it now.
March Madness and Penguins. Life is good!
This is a surprise in a good way. Had mediocre expectations but it's excellent!
Your dad is a lucky man. Got no sons. Two daughters and enjoy having a few brews with their fiances. Hell, even with just the wife.
Stay safe my friend. Try a VA IPA if you can.
