Granville island chocolate imperial stout. Never had this before, limited release from 2012. Stupid massive chocolate on the nose and taste , lots of dark fruit. Tastes almost like eating a cherry blossom, that was dipped in coffee. Different but pretty nice

Cracked open a FW 14 from the cellar. It's just as amazing now, as I remember it being a year ago. I might say it's even better - the sweetness has diminished just a touch which is desirable IMO, but retains all of the barrel goodness. By far the best offering I've had from FW. Cheers!

awesome BA Imperial stout. there isnt many home grown canadian BA beers. This one definitely is worth it. 6$ for a bomber! Huge coffee aromas followed by a delicious IS with a hint of whiskey on the aftertaste! when they say Hammer they mean hammering you with coffee! a great coffee stout. i heart phillips

Fine choice; by the way, Devils fans are very loud and passionate! Took oldest daughter
to a game vs. Jets, as a Blackhawks fan. Found NJ fans most intense and knowledgeable.

I decided to spoil myself with a nice little brunch.

Fresh French bread, Vermont honeycomb produced by Peter Turmell, Grana Padano Riserva (one of the hardest Parmesans out there) and some St. Agur (one of the softer bleus out there). Goes well with this Florence, thanks to franklinn.

Enjoying opening day baseball. Cubs vs Pirates. Glad to see Rizzo pop off a 2 run shot to start the game. Decided to open my last one to celebrate the day off watching opening day.

This is good news, as I still have a bottle (along with 12 through 16).

Drinking this now and holy shit, man. So out there and so delicious. But I love all the flavors/spices that were added, so I'm not surprised.
