Pinglehead Imperia Red....mighty tasty!
Last one of the year:
Tonight so far:
Good Dry stout. Mild on flavor but really never gets watery. Good balance of flavors with cocoa, chocolate, dark bread, light coffee, and toffee with some light fruitiness.
Why yes, I do love Amarillo and Centennial. Damn nice IPA; nice hop complexity and moderate malt balance. Reminds me of Racer 5.
Feeling way too lazy/comfortable on the couch tonight to snap pictures, but after my initial flower power, it is:
Probably having another nectar or two hearted. Or both. Who knows. There is still baseball on tv.
Haand Bryggeriet Haandbakk
almost 3 years old
Love the glass! One of the sturdiest pieces of glassware I have ever owned. It's been dropped onto the porcelain counter a few times and never broke!
Next up for me after a Stone Enjoy By 4/1/13
It's not bad
Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier. Mmmm hmmm.
He keeps looking at me...
Yep, Gandhi-Bot time. Halfway through a book I have to teach on tomorrow, so it's time to start grading papers, and plan on finishing the book later tonight / tomorrow morning.
it's just so smooth......
You inspired me. Enjoying a 2013 Dark Horse Plead the 5th. Is this one of my favorite RIS's? Guilty as charged...
Three Floyd's Arctic Panzer Wolf and just finished watching the Braves win!
Small tasting with Detroiter.
At my buddy and fellow BA ECalebrews enjoying another hoppy night
Nightcap for me
Also if anyone cares to input, my store has both flower power and alchemy hour on at the growler station for $12 each. I feel obligated to get one tomorrow, just not sure which.
babybassboy comin' through like a boss.
Pretty good. A nice balance of citrus, hops, and malt. Similar to Drifter, IMHO. I'd say snag some.
Sippin on this tonight
Two new MN Beers this evening
First beer i have had from this brewery I like it a lot one of the best triples i have ever had
Second beer i have had from this brewery a decent stout but nothing special here was hoping for a lot better
That Bryce Harper's having a helluva year so far, huh? Good to have baseball back.
Having a glass of this for a nightcap...
Can't Drink it without singin' it.
Back on to the PseudoSue. Damn, this beer is good!
Awesome trip to MT, after a day of skiing, we both broke out a "good" bottle to share...
DFH 61 Minute, last of the night, cheers!
Peruvian Morning. I think this should hold me over 'til I'm able to get some KBS lol. (Seriously tho, this brew is so fantastic.)
Lagunitas Undercover Investigation Shut-down Ale
OMG! 2013 KBS is drinking better than I have ever had it! I truly hope that many of you were able or will be able to get some of this!
Drinking a BBA citra pale ale and regular citra pale from odd side ales side-by-side. Very interesting choice for putting in a barrel, not sure which one I like better yet. The bourbon flavor is almost identical to kuhnhenn's BA beers...Tasty
Enjoying a Stone Ruination IPA and wishing it wasn't Monday.
Had a good mens league hockey playoff game tonight.
one more hot track just because
What the hell?
Great choices, both beer and song!
Currently sipping a KBS...
I like the way you think.
Lips of Faith Transatlantique Kriek. Being a kriek, I expected some sour and some cherry. The sour is non-existent and the cherry is there, but it tastes more like a lighter brew with an after hint of cherry. I recommend this as brew to give to your "noobie" buds, but don't expect it to be a substitute to New Glarus Belgian Red or Kasteel Rouge (very cherry forward beers), or especially a true kriek. This brew is more akin to Founders Cerise.
