Finally feeling like Spring -
Oh, it's hog's head cheese, from Jacob's in Laplace, Louisiana.
Not bad. I'm actually eating their pork rillettes right now. Stopped at their butcher shop yesterday and stocked up.
Back at Navaja while the Cubs play. Arrieta has 5Ks in a row.
Whipped up some deviled eggs.
Happy Sunday kids, weather has finally turned beautiful here in New England, no place I'd rather be for the spring and summer.
I'm thinking any 15% beer would go down extremely smooth after the lineup you had ahead of it. ;-)
Was gonna say this...
And thanks for the plug
P.S. see you guys have gotten over there, too lazy to remove my comments (but not to type this post script )
How'd you like the Black Butte? A nice surprise from last TbT for me.
Hope @lester619 doesn't catch wind of this post in any fashion.
Sippin this thang while watching the Masters. Bet on Spieth being the top American and Rose being the top European so needless to say I'm rooting for them!
Picked this up when I happened to be in 3Floyd's distribution territory.
Three Floyd's Floy Divison I.
Sorry BA, no beer at the moment but I wanted to show you what I call redneck 1st Class. No seat in front of you and legroom for days. I'll post a beer when I get to Charlotte.
I turned golf on.
I can keep you updated on the ballgame.
The Brewers are only about five or six starting pitchers away from contending. Have another deviled egg.
Probably a new manager too.
Good idea. I think I will.
The beer is a malt bomb, the book is a treasure.
I really liked the Black Butte, I wish I had more time to sit and enjoy it, had to catch a flight.
My favorite beer, Prairie Pirate Bomb, with a year of age on it. My last one, so I'm trusting that I'll be able to land more soon. I wanted to reconfirm my opinion before I hoard every bottle I can find. Not disappointed - a year took the edge off the coffee, now it's all rum, chocolate, and peppers. Some confuse Pirate Bomb with Pirate Noir, but Bomb is worlds better.
Kane Head High
Lawn is mowed. Baseball has been coached. Car has been washed. Weed whacker has been made operational. Bikes have been ridden. I dadded real hard this weekend. Well earned awesome hefe!
Wrong pic but yinz get the point lol! Cheers!
It's been so long since I've had a good deviled egg. I refuse to do it myself, because my standards are too high.
Libraries are great. Were you planting, pulling, or tending?
We have ourselves a close golf tournament and I have myself another outstanding IPA, thanks @TheIPAHunter once again, this one was canned on 3/30 my birthday.
Brewers just scored 5 in the bottom of the 9th to win!
I never get tired of this beer. That's the truth. Did you just order 5 cheesesteaks to your home, Hunter?
You had me going for about a third of a second.
Nice! I'm going to have to look for that!
It's time to enjoy this bottle on a warm day after getting the yard in order. The lawn is looking good, but the trees are taking a beating from all the wind lately. Time to reacquaint my rear end with a comfy chair!
Thanks for a day of great fun, @WesMantooth, @LeperJim, and @Lingenbrau! Only 364 days till ROWYBO Vier!
Wachusett's Wally IPA. A solid and refreshing IPA, this could be a good summer beer...
No judgment, but am I understanding this right? This was a random can of beer left on the sidewalk, so you took it home, refrigerated it, and drank it?
At any rate, just put up in ISO in the trade forum, for anyone who has some not procured on the sidewalk.
You've inspired me to have one tonight after I finish drinking IPA's.
Had some Bellefonte Old New Castle Brown Ale earlier followed be a free pint of Fox Point Rye IPA from the brewer after he tapped a fresh leg.
Now up Blackrocks The Murray Project, cheers!
Not library, bought used off Amazon. Raking, trimming, and fertilizing.
Watched this again the other night......
Guinness Milk Stout
Nice ace for Kuchar.
Toppling Goliath - Pompeii, Mosaic IPA
Excellent! And at 5.5 abv very, very drinkable.
That and The Sting are two of the best. Paul Newman is my favorite actor, which I believe I have already told you about 30 times.
