    Finishing off my 4-pack of Leng tonight. Indiana is producing some great beers right now. Leng is very good out of Evil Czech brewery in Mishawaka, IN (South Bend).

    I thought they were mostly solid. Nothing that wowed me or anything. The only one so far that I didn't really like was the Thai-Style Iced Tea.

    This (Honeystone from Transient) is WAAAAAY too poundable at 8.0% ABV. It should come with a "FOR PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY!!!!!" sticker.

    To Mary's Uncle John, who never came back, and Grandpa H(Omaha Beach & beyond) & Grandpa D(??? Didn't talk about it - I didn't know 'til he died & was helping with the clearout - found his ID & papers -) who did, & my dad, who (wisely) saw the writing on the wall, & didn't re-up, as Vietnam was cranking up.     Moderate pour yields a 3/4 inch tan head over a dark brown to black body with nice lacing. Nose of chocolate, dark fruit, vanilla, and bourbon. Taste mirrors nose; and the flavor of blueberry comes forward and, as it warms, the bourbon as well. Somewhat thin feel on this, but, overall a nice dessert beer.

    Well I went to have a cold Chocolate Sombrero after being away for 3 days and they were gone (2 - 4 packs). My 25 year old drank all eight of them with a friend and replaced them with a $4.00 six pack of crap. Take me out and shoot me.......:angry: I am far more disappointed than angry.:slight_frown: I drowned my sorrows with 2 KBSs while watching "Fury" for Memorial Day.

    #2, I think SN did an excellent job with this. Nice piney hop bite, and the cocoa flavors from the malt work really well.

    New Glarus Strawberry Rhubarb from a gas station off of 53 on my way up to fish the Chippewa Flowage. Should have some pictures when I return,
