Now right now but over the weekend
I killed a sixer of Two Hearted Saturday night. Then had a glass of Blueberry Blonde Ale yesterday at Destihl while getting a growler filled. It was awesome!
So you made this thread because...
Q: "What beer are you drinking now?"
A: "I drank X [insert some timeframe in the past]"
Be nice, it's a hard concept to grasp.
It's easier to farm for likes when you start this thread, who cares if you aren't actually drinking anything now.
Because I missed#169
Gorgeous day today, perfect whether.
Drinking this homebrewed IPA I bottled in January and I think its better now than fresh.
and this just popped up on Pandora:
Tonights new brew.... Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier Märzen... I bought this at the local Edeka ( kinda like a german K-mart or something...) and I knew that Rauch meant smoke. I have never had a smoked beer, had no idea what I was in for, and from what I have seen online this is the premier Rauchbier to try!!
So I pop the cap open and the first thing I think of as I smell it is the smoked ham they serve at thanksgiving.... Very smokey, chary scent. Dark cola color with a tan head... Then I taste it.. I felt like I was sitting next to a bonfire! It taste just like a bonfire smells! Now the aftertaste is pretty quick and its not something that bothers me.. But this is definitely not a beer I would drink every day.. Seems like it would be awesome for a BBQ though!!!!!
Heady from the hammock

This post makes me happy and sad all at the same time.
Let me guess, you prefer warbonnet hammocks to hennessy's
Foothills BBA Stout
Hey I'm actually drinking this beer right now!!! Got another good brew in Arkansas finally , this is one tasty brew , Cheers All!!!
The sprinklers chased me out of the hammock (damn HOA, don't they know you're supposed to water grass at night/early morning before sunrise) so now I'm drinking white oak jai alai by the pool while reading Tasting Beer by Randy Mosher
Go back tomorrow and pick up three more and drink them in one sitting (should be less than a couple Euro per bottle at EDEKA). Your mind will be changed about it being an everyday drinker.
No beer for me -- yet. But I am drinking some coffee and eating Pringles. Pretty much nothing goes better with coffee than potato chips. Don't even argue it.
Bourbon County Brand Stout out of a Crooked Stave snifter while watching city vs. united. hmmm
Drinking a Blood Orange IPA, 10.5% ABV, homebrew I kegged Friday.
This stuff is seriously overrated.
Even if it is, I'm still jealous you guys get Surly there. At least Michigan has Oskar Blues now, but still. Needs moar craft cans.
Got home from work early. This should make it easier to avoid doing yard work. Or make it less painful if I don't.
nursing that damn sprained ankle and making sure I'm completely off book for Act III
Dogfish Head Sixty One
Tried it, completely disagree, still tastes like a campfire on a rainy night. I only enjoy experiencing that once every 6 months
Trying out a new one from Town Hall - Supersonic IPA
Partizan Grisette Saison
Nils Oscar Coffee Stout
that last one made me thirsty so went for a classic thirst-quencher to round off the evening
how is the bio?
I'll be enjoying Corcoran Brewery's oatmeal ginger Stout from a Growler I filled over the weekend, as well as a HellHound from 2012
Cigar City Warmer Winter Winter Warmer
It's nice. I'm guessing the same as the regular as BA makes no differentiation in the entries.
Just had Surly Overrated IPA just canned its good stuff next up is a KBS, had the day off 2day
Beer for lunch @ Trap Rock. Hey...I'm on vacation.

Charlie, Trap Rock's master brewer, also hooked me up 5-oz pours of Falconer IRA (a blend of Kestrel IPA & Hathor Red Lager) and his newest brew, Apollo Creed Ale (a double IPA).
