    Still 10:00 PM here, so technically I should be posting this to # 173. But what the heck, as BA Hanzo would approve, I might as well garner all the likes I potentially can, by posting on first page.
    Here's what's in my glass: A 2011 Rochefort 8. It's been in the cellar for a good two years and has developed quite a lot of complexity although its big brother, the 10, still takes the cake.

    Here's a Young's Double Chocolate Stout on tap. I had quite a few solid beers tonight, including a couple of 60 minutes and a Live Oak Hefeweizen on tap. All in all a very good night.

    First time I have had this and it is pretty damn good. Lots of hops with a fruit and grassy taste.
