Steve the next time I get around some of these glasses I'll grab a few extras. When I got mine it was from the first shipment and they were limited. I can get all I want now, I'd be glad to send you one.

Not from this morning, but technically it was past midnight. I don't remember if I posted this one yesterday. But a buddy and I opened up my one bottle of Doom and it was tasty. Not my absolute favorite, but reminds me a lot of White Oak Jai Alai but more intense- makes sense as this is a DIPA. But not a ton of bourbon. Plenty of barrel though.

I definitely agree with the White Oak Jai Alai comparisons, but I also got a lot of bourbon, especially as it warmed. Either way it was really good. I think I'm going to enjoy you in our tasting group!

I'll be cracking Toppling Goliath PseudoSue when I get home, so that's what I'm drinking now.

by the way, just bought a 6 pack of this and not thrilled. It's ok, just not my type of IPA,
too malty and sweet. Guess I was just curious and pumped to see a South Carolina craft brewery
on the shelf. Oh well, every purchase can't be a whale or world class, that is the fun of my craft beer journey.

ehhh, not (Too) bad, kinda extremely "light" though..I've def. had worse. I'd even drink/buy it again (MAYBE), it was a Hot commodity around my neck of the woods - hard to get?

As promised. I was...disappointed. I guess I expected a pale ale on the same level as Jai Alai or Zombie Dust, and that's definitely not what I got. It was not bad, but I think I prefer SNPA to it.

Damn thats a bit of a bummer. I'll probably open it up tonight along with some ZD and see how that goes. I've heard the same that this brew can hold its own with other big citra pale ales.

And I agree I'm looking forward to joining you guys in the tasting group. May not be for a while but we will see!
