    Have I found a new favorite Veil Beer? Quite possibly.

    Big thanks to @vabeerguy on this can.

    It's softer on the palate than the usual Veil beers, as it's probably not DDH like the others. Fruit nose, super soft back to it, just a juice machine. It's not as overly hop forward like recent Veil beers. The appearance is great. This is one you dont want to rush and savor every sip.

    This is up there in my top 5 Veil beers.

    Well...it finally happened. Noticeable snow in Buffalo. Luckily i'm prepared for the long haul with good beers with my pal Snoopy.(Me and my girlfriend love Peanuts hence the background)

    Not much smoke in the nose, but then i taste it and boom. There's the smoke i'm looking for. This brewery might surpass Weihenstephaner now as my favorite German brewer, just awesome brews all around
    It's time for the cold and grim shit

    Aroma of roasted malt and coffee but not heavily so. There is something almost sweet in the background which I presume is chocolate.

    Taste is roast malt/coffee on entry and this holds until the end. Bitterness from whatever source is a bit more pronounced at the finish and in the aftertaste.

    Everyone knows Buffalo snow, but its the Southern Tier area that gets it the worst. If they get six feet, we'll get 5.75 feet. Little victories
