    Moving right along here ba. This is Ca Phe, vietamise coffee stout at 7% abv. Really pretty good. Nicely coffee forward with a good roasted feel that holds up well and doesn’t slip to watery at all.

    Good afternoon, all! Well, this day got off to a rather crappy start. I took my little guy to the vet this morning for some sort of allergy problem that he was taking medication for this summer. They put him back on the medication for a couple of months and advised me that I may be looking at a referral to an allergist because they're not sure what it is. I got his annual heartworm check and bordatella booster done while I was there and picked up six months' worth of heartworm preventative. With the nail trim, I'm in at $245 and change. If that wasn't enough, I bought a bag of Twix Minis and they were all Left Twix. If I was Van Halen, I'd go rent a hotel room and trash it. Being me, however, I'll just have a beer. This Racer 5 should do nicely.

    This is my second of this Pale Ale. 5.5% Grunion from Ballast Point. Not bad at all but as it says on the can Hoppy Pale Ale. How to make a pale ale taste like an IPA. Still very drinkable!
