    Picked up a...

    Coriander Ale ~ This is a historical recipe from 1831. I'm told it is a mildly spiced pale ale. ABV unknown, but I'm guessing in the 3.5% neighborhood. No doubt brewed back in those days to be consumed in quantity. I'm picking up the peppery warmth as described and I'm enjoying the heck out of this beer! Might drink the whole thing. Hopefully it's not hiding it's ABV. Really like this beer! One for the whole family other than the under aged and pets.

    As for the mall trip that followed? Don't know what I was thinking, but I'm never going to a mall again in December. Never. :no_mouth:

    Drinking this Beyond Infinity from Dancing Gnome and is tasting great. Never heard of this brewery but they're on my map now. Thanks to @Preluderl for the solid extra.

    Bauhaus Brew Labs- Winterloper Baltic Porter
    Tasty stuff! More like a stout than a porter do to it's thickness but delicious! Got it off the warm shelf at the store after work. Buried it under a pile of snow in the yard while I showered. Perfect temperature now!
