    Moving on to another new beer - Angry Chair Brewing’s “Moon Butter”, a flavored milk stout:



    Smells like Nestles Chocolate Syrup and tastes like a Reece’s Peanut Butter Cup! Adjuncty feel like a FB stout. Tasty.

    Sure, today's plan was to tackle the taxes and all, but I got into my own multi-tasking and opened my Mosaic box set of Roland Kirk (talk about a multi-tasker!)...well, such are my priorities...









    ...and, man, the final video with McCoy, Stanley and Lenny...sheer beauty...

    A pilsner I haven't had in ages and an ancient LP (replete with smoke damage edges from back when my apartment complex had some smoke damage - not my unit, still, we had to move out)...the gatefold is old and tattered, the vinyl still solid...one of my favorite Dead releases...

    No surprise that with the elevated ABV, any head generated lasts no more than 10 seconds...still delicious and not overly sweet. A very well done hybrid fermented with Belgian and Champagne yeasts. Freshness:
