Moving right along with the Irish dry stout tasting...a fair beer but can't really stand the inherent flavor weaknesses often associated with nitro cans...

[IMG] The beer that started the haze craze, wish it still dazzled me like it once did, but dang who doesn’t still appreciate a Heady?

Tired Hands, From the Evening. No, that's not a typo. This is a one-off can given to yours truly, with the special addition of Nelson Sauvin. You're welcome, Hunter. Hey, advocates... let's not be too serious. Why? Life is short. Make the most of today, then work on tomorrow. And, remember this... "In every relationship there is someone who will love more. Never be that person." From my lips to God's ears. A harem of hoes, and my IPAs got 'em tearin' my clothes. LARRRGE.

I still use it to wash my hair. Underrated, at best.

Drink wisely. Stay safe. And PLEASE do not drilnk and drive.

This was okay. Great head retention/lacing, crystal clarity. Aromas of cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/grassy/peppery noble hops. Bit of skunk and paper/cardboard, but not overpowering. Light-moderate herbal, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation, light-medium body, and fairly crisp/clean finishing. Balanced bready/grainy malts and sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Increasing bitter dryness, touch of harsh hop astringency. Not terrible, tastes like a Pilsner, the NA process makes it taste a little weird. Very flavorful overall. Balanced pils malts and earthy hops. Green bottles don't help anything. Fairly enjoyable. 3.06

Here is one for the Dry stout thread. Very nice stuff. Amazing lasting head retention and thick creamy lacing as expected of nitro. Flavors of milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, caramel, brown sugar, nuttiness, and toasted dark/brown bread; with light notes of smoke, molasses, dark fruit, herbal/grassy hops and yeast earthiness. Mild herbal/grassy hop and roast bitterness on the finish. Light carbonation and medium body; great creamy, silky, velvety nitro finish. Slight sticky hops, chalky roast, and increasing dryness. No cloying, acrid, astringent flavors. Very flavorful for 4.2%. Very easy drinking. I'd put this a notch above Murphy's, definitely more robust. Nothing can touch any of the O'Hara's. Spot on style with rich English/roast malts, balancing hops, and mild fruity yeast. Really well made. 3.84

2 week old freshness. This was insane! Fantastic lasting head retention/lacing the whole glass. Aromas and flavors of huge tangerine, grapefruit, orange juice, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus peel/zest, and light pepper/pine hops; with moderate wheat, cracker, biscuit, white bread dough malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Very mild pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; very creamy/bready/grainy wheat/oats and some sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing lingering bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Insanely drinkable, never aggressive, perfectly soft feel. Loved this even more than the Alter Ego I had 2 days ago. Insane juicy, dank, earthy, and vibrant balanced hop complexity; great bready malt backbone, not overly sweet/heavy for the style. Holy shit this was spectacular. 4.5

I'm always curious to try new 3.5% grocery store beers, hoping that they will get the balance of body and flavor right. This new 3.5% beer from Carlsberg Sweden is quite nice, delivering a good balance between sweet malts and bitter aromatic hops. It's 131 calories at 3.5% abv, so it's not a light beer. I think it can hold its own against alot of stronger beers tastewise.

I've been sitting on the this one for a while. Looks like I should have gotten another one for future reference. It's NOT FOUND on the BA website. But I took the time to get a pic and write a review. I gave this a 5 in OVERALL because I think it's so damn good.
