Here's one of my faves that I just don't drink enough lately. Really glad I'm fixing that situation right now-

Found out this week that Awful Arthur's is opening a place just three miles from our house. I will now be able to get as many oysters as I want.

 

Fat Heads - Sunshine Daydream Session IPA

What a great tasting session. This tastes better than some straight IPA's in the 6% or 7% range I've had.

 

You say cornhole. I say Great Cornholio.



And some Neshaminy Creek Trauger Pilsner. Beavis would approve.

Thing 1 graduated from H.S. today and what a sublime moment it was. Sitting here in the Beer Garden listening to some Rich Mullins.and the song lyrics that inspired us naming him (before the name became popular). To all you fellow beer nerds out there with young kids, cherish those moments because the cliche' is so true ... they grow up really fast. Cherish ... every ... moment (good or bad).

Tried to get some Citrus Jammer after seeing @larryi86 ’s two 6 pack endorsement of it earlier today, but accidentally came home with regular Jammer instead

Yep. Still awake. Not pictured, my finger of Oban 14 with some water. This is a ‘17 and despite the coffee being vamoose for the most part, still tastes delicious.

 

Grilling for the in-laws tonight. Starting with a beer from @larryi86 Damn this is good stuff! Thank you sir


And, normally I'd go for BBQ sauce from scratch, but since I'm short on time, I went with pre-made BBQ sauce. Gonna kick it up a notch with a gift from @jhavs

A little maple hickory BBQ ribs tonight. If I'm sober at the end, I'll update the progress.
