    I agree. One of the most memorable experiences I've had was with a 16 month old Espresso Yeti....hoping to recreate that in another year or so....heh.

    Awesome. Fresh it's still a great beer but it really starts coming into it's own after 6 months. At a year I don't see it getting any better because it already becomes too tasty. I can only imagine the espresso version doing the same!

    Enjoying Elevated IPA from La Cumbre Brewing Co. in New Mexico paired with Seaside Smoked Cheddar. Cheers to my cousin Sara who brought a four pack of this tasty brew as well as other selections from New Mexico during her recent visit. I really have to say, New Mexico has some really solid and unheralded breweries judging from the selections she brought my brother-in-law and me.
