Hill Farmstead, Siren, and Mikkeller Collab, tastes like an oaked Limoncello, and very tasty. Cheers!

Moderate pour yields a 1/2 inch white head over a bright golden amber body with scant to no lacing. Nice nose of oak and lemon followed by a taste of more of the same. Nice bubbly feel and overall, very interesting in that it does indeed taste like limoncello. Cheers!

Pours black. The head is off white, 1 finger, and the retention was poor when poured from the can.
The nose has coffee notes to it. There's also a bit of a lactose smell.
Taste - Nice coffee flavor. Combined with lactose really works well together. Minimal hops. There's almost a pepper flavor to this beer.
The body is quite decent. not watery at all.
A good coffee/mik stout. Well put together, and the flavor profile works well.

Already done with the four pack. Great crisp, clean shelf ipa...perfect amount of bitterness
    [IMG]
Found a single on the shelf recently dated 11/30/16...was pretty excited about that. Drinking extremely well on this breezy Spring night

Excellent shandy! Great head retention/lacing for the style. Aromas and flavors of big lightly tart lemonade, lime, grapefruit, tangerine, and citrus zest; with moderate wheat, cracker, bready malt balance; and mild herbal hop earthiness. Minimal hop bitterness and light tangy fruit/soda tartness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body, and moderately crisp finishing. Balanced bready/grainy malts and citrus acidity in the mouthfeel. Moderate increasing tart/tangy fruit dryness. Very flavorful/refreshing, 7%. Always loved the base beer, this is equally as delicious. Great grapefruit/citrus soda vibrancy and balanced pale/wheat malts. Glad they are in cans now. Will grab another pack for sure. Another go-to summer beverage.

Excellent NE DIPA! Aromas and flavors of big tangerine, lemon, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, berry, citrus peel/zest, and light pepper/pine hops; with moderate wheat, white bread dough, light honey/caramel malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; very creamy/bready malts, some sticky hops, and slight resins in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing lingering bitter dryness. Very drinkable and not overly aggressive. Mildly increasing warmth of 8.5%. Great showcase of Denali and Ekuanot. Very juicy and fairly dank hop complexity; sizable malt backbone, but not overly sweet/heavy feeling with adequate lingering bitter dryness. Nice soft feel. Love the hop profile as expected. It's amazing how much more breweries are using both of those hops recently. Denali has been flying into a lot of IPAs really fast. I prefer Ekuanot more, especially with Mosaic.

Probably enough here to wrap up the evening, including a snort of El Tesoro Añejo that my wife will be using to fuel her boozy friends margaritas tomorrow night...just doing my bit with quality control as I haven't had any tequila in a while...anyway, rum-aged beer and tequila sounds like an interesting pairing...
