It feels just fine. Get to enjoy most of the fine beers from there and the great IPAs Ohio is putting out.

 

It's that kind of night...

 

I'm gonna have to see if our DH distributor still has some. Pretty much anything they touch that's dark is, err... golden.

American Craft Beer Week hasn't been thrilling in SF thus far, but the 21st Amendment scene was plenty of fun this evening, and I met a Wisconsin craft beer fan who wants to do some trading. Crystal Waters, etc, here I come!

Brew night with the girlfriend!

 

Cracked open my first bottle of the espresso IRS, really solid beer. Gonna go pick up some more bottles next time.

 

Dad comes through again by bringing some more back to me! Can't wait to make it there in a month or so.

 

97. Held up fine, or at least as good as could be expected. Cork was still intact, no floaties. The inside of the bottle was coated with something that rinsed out pretty easily (you can see in the pic that the 5oz snifters are full, but the bottle looks full too). It was not a soy sauce bomb for me, lots of dark fruit and leather. It's probably been about 10 years since I had it, but it tasted much like I remember, although somewhat "old", whatever that means.
