Definitely a taste, like licking an apple peel or something. Related textures are tannins.

Big bold beautiful beer with a nice reddish purple head that swelled to a film. This beer is amazing huge aromas/flavors of blueberry, grapes, light cherry, oak, slight bits of redwood, with hints, of dogwood mixed into the barrels, some light grape, tannins, nice smooth wine, slight charactertics of them touching melons at some point, I want to say kumquats are mingled in as well. Now I’m getting cum, sadness anger and shame oh wait my hand was too close to my nose. Mouthfeel is zesty aromas of the Wood workers asshole while he was cleaning the barrels and some bright vibrant carbonation overall this is an amazing beer that they need to brew more of.
