So you are busting my balls about Corona Light. Actually, it taste just as good as Corona but less of everything..

Let me know when you are ready for some Richmond beer. Shall we assume Triple Crossing?

That etching in the door makes it look like a little wisp of smoke is coming out of your beer

Hudepohl was a pre (and pro for awhile) prohibition brewery. One of the largest regional ones. It was still made in the 70s and cult wise, yes. Like Steel Reserve is to Pittsburgh, but way better for the same price. It’s more of an amber lager. The Christian Moerlein Brewery makes it now. Think Sam Adams did for awhile maybe.

Always Triple Crossing, yes! Just let me get through the next NBS BIF and I’ll be ready to trade again. Also I really hope you join so we have RVA participation this round!

Very nice fruited lager. Great head retention/soapy lacing on the glass. Aromas and flavors of lightly tart limes, lemon, orange, citrus peel/zest, and peppercorn spice; with moderate cracker, corn, white bready malts; some herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. A bit muted aromas. Light-moderate pine, herbal, floral, grassy bitterness; and peppery spiciness on the finish. Medium carbonation, light-medium body, and moderately crisp/clean finishing. Balanced bready/grainy malts and sticky hops/spice in the mouthfeel. Moderate increasing bitter/spicy dryness, minimal astringency. Perfectly clean lagering, no yeasty notes. Very flavorful/refreshing, 5%. Not watery. Really delicious. Nice clean pale malt/grain flavors; with balanced vibrant limes, grains of paradise, and citrus/earthy hops. Not overdone on adjuncts. 3.88

This is nice. Nice head retention and spotty lacing on the glass. Aromas and flavors of juicy/tart/tangy red/black raspberries, lemongrass, fruit skin/seeds, pear, red apple, melon, red grape, mint, and pepper; with moderate wheat, cracker, white bready malts; herbal/grassy hop and yeast earthiness. Light herbal/grassy bitterness, peppery spice, and fruit tang/tartness on the finish. Medium-high carbonation, light-medium body, and moderately crisp finishing. Bready/grainy malts; some sticky hops/spice, and fruit tang/acids in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing bitter/spicy/tart dryness, no astringency. Very flavorful/refreshing, 5%. Not watery. Certainly not as jammy as I expected, but this was tasty stuff. Very well balanced between authentic raspberries, lemongrass, pale/wheat malts, and fruity American wheat yeast. 3.68

Here is a new one I discovered today. I could live off Spotify daily mixes. They have them split grouped 6 ways with all metal genres lol.

Hudy Delight is old school Cincinnati light beer. The closest flavorless beer I'd compare it to is Yuengling Light

As for Ellie...she doesn't give 2 shits about much

Good to know! Somehow I’ve been on this site 6+ years and never been exposed to the word “Hudy”.

You could’ve tried killing two birds with one stone. Though with your son away at college, probably a good call to play it safe.

And you overflowed half that pony as I recall.

Stored properley = extremely well balanced with barrel character presence interfacing with notes of vanilla, chocolate, and a fudgy-mounds bar extravaganza with subtle dark fruits upon opening...timed and calculated

I have two more from Triple Crossing from you. Looking forward to having them. The Veil seems to be living off reputation based upon recent posts and ratings.
