    Getting ready for my pilgrimage in about a week - Cantillon’s “Grand Cru Brouscella Lambic Bio Saison 2014-2015”. A traditional unblended Lambic barrel aged for three years:



    I have a 75 cl bottle and I’ve been sipping for a while this afternoon ... and I’m still wrapping my mind/tongue around this incredible beer; working on notes for NBS...Cheers y’all!

    Staying TRVE to my eclectic taste in beers...



    A very delicious sour ale, a collaboration with Perennial Artisan Ales. Soft and hazy in appearance with a citrus and herbal nose. The taste is tart and juicy, rather mouthwatering but finishes with a sharp dryness with just a hint of grapefruit juice tang.

    Absolutely horrendous.

    Fresh green apple aroma and creamy strawberry/green apple palate.

    Don't know if that's the way it's supposed to be, but avoid at all costs.
