    Wife went out to dinner with a friend. I’m left behind with the cat...guess I’ll have to console myself with this 75 cl bottle of Cantillon’s “Cuvée Saint-Gilloise” bottled 27 December 2017:

    Imgur is still screwing with me, something about my rate being exceeded and to “slow down”...so no photo...

    Mild sour green apple/pear notes. Dry and lightly acidic. Quite an enjoyable Lambic. Cheers y’all!

    Recapped the French Triple for my wife later tonight.

    Now having Folding Water from Alefarm (Denmark). They send me a free can each time I make a posting with one of their beers.

    No, just kidding of-course :wink: Only in my dreams ...

    It's a very nice Dry-hopped IPA with Ekuanot, Citra and Simcoe.
