Thanks @spelingchampeon. This was excellent! Fantastic lasting head retention/thick lacing on the glass. Aromas and flavors of big grapefruit, lemon, orange juice, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/zest, and light pepper/pine hops; with moderate wheat, biscuit dough malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, floral, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; balanced creamy/bready/grainy malt and sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Light resins/rinds near the end of the glass. Light-moderate increasing bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Very smooth, flavorful, and pretty refreshing. 4.8%. Not aggressive. Calypso, Denali, El Dorado, Citra, Ekuanot, & Zythos hops. Very juicy and fairly dank/earthy hop complexity; nice bready wheat/oat/malt backbone for the ABV. Minimal residual sweetness from lingering dryness. Loved it. Spot on NE APA. 4.03


Brand new stuff. This was fantastic! Great head fluffy head retention and foamy lacing for a Gose. Crystal clarity. Aromas and flavors of big lightly tart limes, lemon, citrus zest, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white wine, sea salt, tequila, oak, hay, straw, and grass; with moderate agave, honey, wheat, white bready malts; light notes of cinnamon, oaken vanilla, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness and light tequila/oak spiciness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body, and fairly crisp/clean finishing. Creamy/bready/grainy malts, some lactic acid, and light salinity/oak tannins in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing acidic dryness, no pucker. Very flavorful/refreshing, 6.4%. This was absolutely stellar stuff. Basically imperial Otra Vez, with perfect Tequila barrel integration. A bit sweeter, but still ending nicely crisp. Not overly lactic or salty. Worth the price. 4.25
