NBS X-post #2. Hops in A Can TIPA by Revision. Cheers!
Crossposting with NBS.
Still at work, but beer shall be had when I get home. After streaming the Minnesota game I need multiple. Most frustrating game I think I’ve ever watched.
Hope that kicker didn’t spend all his two game checks yet...
Although I am thankful that getting debris out of my pool is the worst that I got out of Florence, I am to the point it’s starting to irritate me.
Chunkiest Sue I’ve ever poured. Still tastes pretty good.
If not a straight cut, try-outs for sure
Budweiser Reserve Copper Lager (Aged on Jim Beam Bourbon Barrel Staves), 6.2% ABV. Pours deep red with a one finger white head. Nose is bread and sweetness. Taste is sweet, grainy, with a faint bourbon burn, and a slight bitterness. Decent mouthfeel though low carbonation, overall very good - much better than normal Bud. I wonder if this would have a higher average score if it had a Goose Island label? I would have to say this is my favorite BMC. I could drink a few of these, but wish I could make out the Beam I like.
This is the style-appropriate glassware I recall from college...
Pats/Jags with a Decadent Ales Tropical Smoothie IPA
god bless your liver friend
Transitioning into some darker beers.
Sixpoint's Barrel Aged Righteous Ale.
Rogue Dead N dead. Dead Guy Ale aged in Dead Guy Whiskey Barrels. Very good!
A couple of Sierra Nevada El Dorado Session IPA's, my fantasy team sucks.
Why you ask....cause it's hot A/F 104, and between yardwork and putting a new radiator and electric fan in the 91 347 mustang I've been outside about 7 hours...
Going to do a little porch sitting and beer drinking.
Last one for the weekend, from @thisischuck01 .
Another nice local.
Congrats Bucs fans, hoping the Eagles have a better week next week, cheers!
Welp. #4. And even though my karma no longer says 666 anymore (*sigh*) I'm stickin' to the theme. Also, WTF was that Packers-Vikings game? I mean, as a Bears fan, I'm always content if NEITHER wins, but that was some seriously weird shit and bad kicking in the end. Oh well.
The Devil made me do it. Ursula Via Chicago pale ale...
Grilling time. Perfect hot weather beer.
Joyous Sunday, BAs! Set up the new tent in back yard for a practice run, I'm taking the boys to archery camp this weekend. Now I'm grilling pork chops and steaks and enjoying a fine homebrewed barleywine. There were some issues during the process and it's, ah, unfiltered as hell. I may have inadvertently created the Milkshake Barleywine.
For some reason Rogers and Hammerstein are on my mind.
Working thru the Single Hop 12pk, this is a good one.
Sierra Nevada Citra IPL
A nice afternoon with a 2013 Melange 3. Cheers!
About half gone
I tend not to go to Kane during the summer due to the Shore traffic so it was nice to stop by today. Overhead never disappoints. Even at a month old it's still one of the best DIPAs brewed in the Garden State.
Austin Brothers Mucho Mango Milkshake IPA
still working on the pool, I think I have it to th point where the vacuum can help a bit.
Clown Shoes Chocolate Sombrero, pretending to be interested in the Broncos game after my Packers tied with the damn Vikings.
back home, was going to find another spot to chill but damn this heat is something else today.
I can’t get enough of this beer. I’m two cases in now.

Enjoying Adirondack Brewing's Oktoberfest, by the lake. Here in the Adirondack Mtns. today, it hardly seems like September, yet alone Oktober. Latent August weather is prevailing. No complaints.
I assume Clay Mattews is with you, insisting you drink Busch Light instead of King Sue, on a beautiful day by the pool.
This IPA is delicious! Thank you, @superspak! It is absolutely perfect out! Nevermind. Clay Matthews sent infinity mosquitos 5 minutes later.
