Sierraveza #3 and the dreaded @vabeerguy 3 beer posts on 1 page...almost.

 

Just a bit too sweet. Just like me.

 

Excellent American Blonde. Fantastic head retention/soapy lacing. Aromas and flavors of cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, light honeyed malts; with lighter notes of lemon, pear, red apple, herbal, floral, grassy, peppery hops; and yeast earthiness. A bit muted aromas. Light herbal, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium-plus carbonation, medium body, and fairly crisp/clean finishing. Creamy/bready/grainy malts and light sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing lingering bitter dryness, no cloying/astringency. Very flavorful/refreshing, 5.5%. Not watery. Wow, really impressive. Very clean and rich pale/wheat malt showcase; with light fruity yeast and earthy hop balance. Spot on stuff, maybe they got better at making the beer in the last couple years. Avg is low. 4.06

I was awaiting this one and it has surpassed my expectations, great stuff and fresh too. Canned 12/17/18

Excellent gose. Nice head retention/spotty soapy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big juicy/fairly tart/tangy strawberries, rhubarb, fruit skin/seed, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, sea salt, coriander, hay, straw, and grass; with moderate wheat, cracker, white bready malts; light peppercorn, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and light coriander spiciness on the finish. Medium-plus carbonation, light-medium body, and fairly crisp/clean finish. Balanced bready/grainy wheat, lactic acid, fruit tang/tannins; light sticky spice, and salinity in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing acidic/tangy dryness; no pucker. Very flavorful/refreshing, not watery for 5%. Not overly lactic or salty. Awesome balance of jammy strawberries/rhubarb and Lacto complexity; with a nice pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity for the ABV. Spot on style, no complaints! 4
