My first time drinking Rince Cochon. In Belgian strong pales, I prefer Düvel and Omer, but this still a solid beer for the money.

First Celebration Ale of the year and it is definitely hitting the spot. I will definitely be buying more of this beer. This beer is delicious.

I've learned a few things in the last few days.

    1. Sierra Celebration is AWESOME. Love it.

    2. Bottleworks 13th anniversary is an absolute mess. Boozy, sort of roasty, sweet. Messy. Don't get it. Sometimes you can try too hard, and this is it.

Celebration is so effing great though. How I've missed this before this year is besides me. I wonder, even though it's an IPA, has anyone aged this thing? It's got the year on the label, leading me to believe it might potentially be designed to last. As with so many Sierra beers, there's a ton happening in this one. I think it could last.
