This is outstanding, IMHO - Citra hop bomb, and a toffee malt note that elevates this a couple of notches. Absolutely LOVE it.
That decision to not purchase may haunt you.
Damn, that Nugget Nectar went down too easily. They're still selling it for $10.99 at my local grocery store - it rings up under Perpetual IPA. Moving on to some Centennial IPA for the next contestant.
I haven't had this in many years - I'm really liking it's new incarnation !
I'm guessing it's not the first curious look you've gotten from the neighbors' Cheers my friend.
You know I’m not the only one monitoring your posts....right?
Having a four quarters “space face DIPA”
Please do grab it next time. And please do your best to knock me down in a Chicago mosh pit, sometime soon.

This is a very tasty NEAPA that comes in sub 5%. Goodbye sub-par session IPAs. I'm buying this by the case this summer. Cheers!

I’ve gotta start drinking down my stash before I get more great beers...CW’s “Cherry Stout” (2017):
A solid cherry stout...a bit thin and not much bourbon/barrel left...I should have drank this sooner...Crimmany! I just pulled out a box from the cellar that has a complete 2016 set of CW’s The Brewer’s Reserve Series with more recent BA variants added over the last 2 years to the box...I need a beer intervention ...
Still chilling around the fire....
She skates too, I hit the mother load. Cheers.

In case you’re wondering, yes, this beer tastes as pretty as it looks.
I find the name ironic. While it is a “big” beer at 12.5% it is not beastly. In fact, it’s rather gentle. And that, my friends, is dangerous. Piney, lemony and earthy hops play off a caramel and toffee malt profile all tied together with the kiss of a bourbon barrel.
Excellent stuff, Dan. Thank you, kindly.
A coffee imperial milk stout from Southern Grist. Perfect for a cold and damp Saturday. So many TN beers are now exactly 10.1%, thanks to our "updated" beer laws
A porter brewed with espresso? Yes, please. Cheers!
#2, porters are probably my favorite winter beer style, and this is a magnificent porter, IMHO. I need more Eugene in my life (TWSS).

Great glass! Great bottle opener! It has been awhile since I visited the brewery. A great place to visit. Almost the size of a college campus without classes or tests.
