    That work schedule looks rough! Way beyond what I could do.

    My dad was a federal firefighter at a munitions plant and had to work 24 hour shifts. One day on and one day off. But, the guys (I guess no woman in those days) had a bed and a kitchen so most of the time they could eat and sleep some. They would rotate watch.

    Here is hoping you get some well deserved rest soon and get to enjoy a few too many beers.

    My bartender drinking pal, Brewing buddy, and friend just showed up with a 2010 and 2011 Hunahpu. First the 2010:



    And now the 2011:



    Both are subtle and sublime. The heat of the pepper is gone, yet flavor is an undercurrent to the otherwise spicy chocolate. So glad to have had the chance to taste!

    How did I know what your response would be? Because Mike that was his response when you mentioned #1,000 was just a few reviews away and we all know you have an excellent memory. Keep believing that Mike. I think I am getting into @TheIPAHunter zone. BTW, he seems to be AWOL lately.

    So my friend, what havoc and mayhem are you causing these days? Or are we too old and maybe too lazy?
