Amazing beer that I thought would be awful.

 

Without a doubt a good friend to have; actually first brought my attention to Jackie O's. Haven't had a bad beer from them yet. Cheers!

Graceland, and probably Kind of Blue are the two albums that really expanded my musical tastes. Thanks to my Mom and God Mother, who got me into these and Louis Armstrong, Talking Heads, REM, Prince, etc, etc. But it started here


And then there is Still Crazy after all these Years, which is amazing in its own right. Gets a little over shadowed with what Joni MItchell was doing around that time, but this is in that same jazzy/pop/singer songwriter vain that is equally as good. Just listen to Phil Woods at the end of Have a Good Time.

 

If none of those tips over and spills I will be amazed.

 

Just to let you know. I had two of the four crowlers from Isley. Batting 1 for 2.

Southern Tier Nu Juice IPA. Time to start packing a box for a small trade

 

Cold Fusion from Equilibrium Brewing, released today. It's based on EQ's mc² but is also hopped with Cryo. It's a typically excellent Equilibrium DIPA.

 

Bought a single today but haven’t tried it.

I don’t know kip droddry, but I feel you...can’t even find one friend who wants to split some good bombers.

 

Hop Butcher Normalize the Signal DIPA (Mosaic/Strata). A very nice hop combo, bringing out loads of tropical fruit. Loads of pineapple, mango, papaya, melon, coconut, tangerine, OJ, peach, pine, and dankness. Great mouthfeel. Spot on stuff as usual. Cheers.

 

You’d have to watch South Park, but I live in a rural area and there is no one close to me into craft beer. Ah shit I’m just an awful person who has no friends I can’t lie.

 

Is that the red headed kid from the Partridge family? I still watch the show now and again. I know, explains a lot.

 

Back in the U.S. tonight after 2 weeks in India. After drinking nearly nothing but Kingfisher, it really is time for an IPA. Or two.

How's the new batch? I tapered off for awhile, but damn some of those were great.
