2014 The Lost Abbey Angel’s Share
Features Mosaic and Strata hops... 3/1/19 canning... Big-bodied beer has some flesh and chew, but there is a sharp bitter edge - well, not that sharp - but it's cutting enough to break through the sugars and present clean, fine pine and grapefruit notes... Leaves a fruity, bitter, slightly dank, and slightly spicy shellac behind... Really diggin' it - and diggin' the great artwork on these high abv DIPAs...
I quite enjoyed this and think it does exactly what it says on the tin. Reminds me a little of a cross between a Red and Rye Ale, with a great malt complexity, good dose of citrus/piney hops and that typical rye character, as well as a great overall balance. Kinda reminds me of Arrogant Bastard with an additional rye kick, actually, lovin' it.
Saugatuck Brewing Paled It! Pale Ale. Some new Willie.

Another NBS BIF from @Coronaeus. Godspeed brewery. This was actually on my wants list, but not sure how it got there. Must have been clicking around when doing site updates. Anyways, this was awesome. Great rocky head retention, thick spotty soapy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big juicy/tart/tangy yuzu, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, orange, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, melon, red apple, peppercorn, and light banana/clove yeast; with moderate wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit malts; herbal, floral, woody, grassy, pine hops; and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate peppery yeast spiciness; pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy bitterness; and light fruit tang/tartness on the finish. Medium-high carbonation, light-medium body, and moderately crisp finishing. Balanced bready/grainy malts, sticky hops, some fruit tang, and light acids in the mouthfeel. Moderate increasing bitter, spicy, tart, tangy, carbonated dryness; no pucker/astringency. Very flavorful/redreshing, not watery for 4.1%. Awesome balance of super vibrant yuzu fruit, fruity/spicy saison yeast complexity, earthy hops, and pale/wheat malts. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. Highly impressive, and spot on for the base style. Perfectly balanced between fruit/yeast character. Loved it. 4.1

Double Coast from 3 Sheeps.
Just trying to learn my friend. What you say I believe is correct.
My problem my friend is I live just five miles from the brewery so I do not know how to age these things. Too easy to get to.
Jim Morrison. Somewhere along the line.
My bad. Thank you for the post.
