This is delicious.
Cheers and welcome.
That brewery car is taking care of business! 2SP by me has a brewery cat that’s always hanging around even though she doesn’t like a ton of attention.
Last can of this unique and thoroughly enjoyable beer from Carton. I hope they release it again in December.
By often you are referring to daily.
he's probably out singing his blues...
Found a handful of Beer'd Brewing offerings in Mystic, CT over the weekend and grabbed a few for home enjoyment. This one is a pretty easy, very tasty, Northeast style APA. Cheers!
Stuff is so tasty! Wowza.
The evening finale:
Very nice white stout. Flavors of big milk/white chocolate, cocoa, medium roast coffee, honey, caramel, toffee, vanilla, cream, bourbon, toasted oak, nuts, biscuit, and white bread dough/crust; with lighter notes of coconut, fruit, herbal, grass, pepper, pine, and yeast earthiness. Similar/muted aromas. Light-moderate pine, herbal, grassy, peppery bitterness; and bourbon/oak tannin spiciness on the finish. Medium carbonation and body; creamy, silky, bready, grainy malts; some sticky hops, and bourbon/oak tannins in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing bitter/tannic dryness; no cloying/astringency. Very smooth, no warmth of 6% or barrel booze. Overall it'll satisfy the itch for a BBA brew at a good price. Well balanced bready malts, cocoa, coffee, and vanilla flavors; with nice overall barrel presence/integration, and balancing earthy hops. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. Expected more from it, but well executed. Wouldn't mind getting another pack.
Popped this open near the end of the season premier of Game of Thrones, and it's as good as the first one.
I'm drinking that little puddle at the bottom right now!
