Fantastic wheat ale as usual. Flavors of big tangerine, red grapefruit, pineapple, lemon zest, orange peel, and light pine hops; with moderate wheat, biscuit, light honey malt balance; and floral/grassy hop earthiness. Light pine, grassy, citrus peel bitterness on the finish. Medium-plus bodied; great bready/grainy wheat creaminess and light hop stickiness in the mouthfeel. Slightly increasing bitter dryness. Insanely drinkable and refreshing, with awesome Amarillo hop juiciness and vibrancy. Never pass this up when I see it now, unless Zombie Dust is available.

Alvarado Street & Creature Comforts - Continental Drift. A hoppy pilsner sounds mighty fine right now. Thanks for giving me this refreshing beer @Ice_Cream_And_IPAs

Sticking with the Pilsner theme, decided to evict this fridge tenant which is a remnant of a past breweekend with @Ice_Cream_And_IPAs
Arrogant Consortia - Enter Night Pilsner (collab with Metallica). These pilsners are tasting good tonight, and a refreshing break from my NEIPAs. This is reminding myself I need to sit down and have beer that tastes like a beer. That is the end of my little rant to myself.

Really nice NEIPA! 12oz. can, $12/6pk, nice price also! I wish more breweries put their NEIPA's in 12oz vs 16oz cans. [IMG]

Awesome IPA. Fantastic lasting rocky head retention/thick foamy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, and pine hops; with moderate cracker, toasted biscuit, light honey/caramel malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, woody, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body, and fairly crisp finishing. Balanced creamy/bready/grainy malts and sticky/resinous/rindy hops in the mouthfeel. Moderate increasing resin dryness, no hop astringency. Very smooth, not overly aggressive, minimal warming 7.4%. Chinook, Centennial, Simcoe, Falconers Flight, & Mosaic. Extremely vibrant, dank, earthy, and fairly juicy hop complexity; with a great clean pale malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp resin dryness. Spot on West coast style.

Very nice Amber. Great rocky head retention/spotty soapy lacing. Flavors of big caramel, brown sugar, toffee, brown bread dough/crust, roasted nuts, and toasted biscuit; with lighter notes of chocolate, cocoa, raisin, plum, fig, date, pear, apricot, red apple, wood, mint, herbal, grass, peppercorn, pine, and yeast earthiness. Similar/muted aromas, a bit more fruity/yeasty. Light-moderate pine, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery hops; and light roasted bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body; creamy/bready/grainy malts, some sticky hops, and slight chalky/resins in the mouthfeel. Lingering minty cooling after the finish. Light-moderate increasing biter dryness; no hop astringency. Very smooth, no warmth of 6.3%. Spot on stuff, leaning more into the English style realm. Feels like Northern Brewer hops. Very clean and nicely rich malts, balancing earthy English hops, and restrained English yeast fruitiness. Very well made, and delicious all around. Will get again.

Keeping things interesting. Shipyard/Ringwood Old Thumper. I've yet to encounter a beer from Shipyard I've enjoyed, but this is just simply above reproach. I have not tried the original UK Ringwood bottling to compare, but this is just simply a perfectly good English ESA. Quite enjoyable, and not overtaken by hops. 4.1/5

Having this delicious Beelzebub Stout from Alchemist courtesy of @egrandfield. Thanks!

This is very easy on the eyes and the aroma is huge with piney grassy hop and tons of espresso and hot chocolate. Taste doesn't disappoint and brings forward the espresso and coffee with chocolate notes and earthy hop following. The feel is slick and oily with a moderate carbonation and resinous/roasty finish. It's very impressive, a little tough to drink but very good nonetheless. 4.22 out of 5.

Fantastic 2018 batch! Flavors of huge milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, dark roast coffee, cinnamon, nutmeg, habanero peppers, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, vanilla, fudge brownie, bourbon, toasted oak, roasted nuts, and dark bread/crust; with lighter notes of coconut, smoke, char, molasses, dark fruit, and herbal spice earthiness. Light roast/char bitterness and pepper/cinnamon spiciness on the finish. Light-medium carbonation and fairly full body; with an awesome creamy, silky, and fairly velvety mouthfeel. Some spice stickiness and chalky/char roast. Lightly increasing bitter, spicy, roast/char dryness. No cloying, acrid, astringency. Light-moderate increasing pepper heat through the glass, but not overwhelming. Very rich stout complexity, with perfectly balanced coffee and spices. Barrel isn't as big as I'd prefer, but has more presence than I remember with the first few batches. Used to be super spice heavy, but now more balanced. I love the richer/silkier mouthfeel that it has now. Will definitely seek out more than I already have. I have the connections.

Tilted Barn's Tupelo imperial stout...kept this one in the fridge to see if a few months of age would even this one out...it did the opposite unfortunately; just an acrid, bitter, slightly roasty mess. I'll redeem myself in a bit. Cheers, LNBAs!

Nothing spectacular, but the sweetness here balances out the bitterness of the last stout sufficiently enough...the trials of fridge cleanout, I guess. A beer run may be in order tomorrow...cheers, BAs!
