Started the night with this guy. Super solid. I haven't had this in I would guess 2 years now(a lot of choices, & money went to new stuff) but finally some fresh hit town 5-14-13 and had to pick it up, as I've been looking the past 4-6 months, and nothing has been fresh enough to warrant the revisit.

Now have moved on to this, only 1 left, but that's ok, I have plenty of other stouts to keep me busy, plus it's the summer...This beer goes back and forth with me, tonight it's drinking great, other times, it's just been...good. Cheers to having these awesome brews made in the Midwest!!

I was just going to post the same clip.
It is a sad day in Jersey. R.I.P. Mr. Soprano.

Was planning on drinking something tonight, but I decided to switch up to something Italian in honor of Mr. Gandolfini.

Well, this isn't that far off. Each drink i was kinda like, this is really good, but it isn't the best thing ever. But by the end, I really wanted to just open the next can and get to it. But, I think I will wait to finish the last 3 cans at a different time. My biggest question:

I poured this one into a glass (had to), I guess I should try the next one straight from the can??

This was an excellent and unique IPA. Plenty of citrus/pine hops with a unique toast/toffee/caramel malt backing that wasn't overpowering to the hops. Very tasty.

In and out the door the same day as per hype instructions. Highly excellent DIPA with great balance and complexity of hops and moderate malts. Aromas werent as strong as I was expecting. 5/27 bottle. Not even close to hype.

Been sitting in the fridge for a while, why not. Solid pils. A little too fruity but drinkable. Some solid hop and malt balance, and a good amount of flavor.

Everyone will argue this differently. I feel like the only reason the can says to drink it out of the can, is that it's not the prettiest beer. I prefer it out of a glass. Others will argue. Try it out of the can though.
