    Can’t believe I haven’y posted in this thread in a month! Well, it was mainly because I had few new beers to post (I know, this isn’t NBS). Anyway, I’m down to the last 3 bottles from the Schlafly Lunar Lager pack, none of which I’ve posted here yet. This is the dunkel lager, my least favorite from the pack. Smells fine for the style but has a borderline tartness that comes and goes with each sip, undermining the other to-style flavors.

    I watched a documentary on RUSH the other night....Their first 4 albums are so so great..this could be my favorite...behind 2112 of course

    To state the obvious, needed a better showing against the teams above us. Utter failure there. Then to drop a game vs KC showed inability to start down the necessary hard road climb.

    Oatmeal cream pies and oatmeal raisin cookies soaked in whiskey. Cinnamon waffles and syrup. It’s hard not to compare the flavors here to delicious treats. This is way better than I was going to give it credit for. Just incredible!

    Wife has been gone all week. Just me and the little bird. This tiny baby has been softening me up like crazy the last few days though. I leave you with a my musical choice for the evening.
