    Haven’t had a good day at all. I was invited over for lunch at my father’s place, I was barely inside his home we started arguing strongly about my relationship and he involved other relatives and things from 30 years ago. He seriously upset me for the day and perhaps more. Parents don’t always realize we no longer are their little ones but grown up adults capable of our own decisions. I need a beer as you might have guessed and a good one at that:

    Startin' the day with some Alien Church in the other of my new glasses. I wasn't planning on buying this one, but it kinda spoke to my inner child's obsession with Harry Potter.

    Well happy Tuesday everyone. Had the day off from work today so why not have a beer, right?

    Bikini Island by Prowar Pinta and Beer Bastards, a 5% ABV NEIPA.
    Brought it home from a recent trip to Bulgaria. It's one of the haziest beers I think I've ever seen. Looks really thick and juicy. Has a good and solid mouthfeel, some tropical and fruity flavours. All in all a really good beer.

    A nice Pale Ale with some quite vibrant citrus/tropical notes as well as a good, resinous bitterness, but feels a bit thin and watery even for the style.

    Not a fan of this, it's not necessarily bad, but just not to my taste with some quite overripe pineapple notes and lighter red berries that just don't integrate themselves into the flavor profile very well here.
