    Attempting to write a recipe for brew day tomorrow. Imperial IPA, using primarily pale malt with small percentages of rye, wheat, and oat. Not set on the hops yet but I'm thinking a combination of Simcoe and Centennial for bittering and perhaps Citra and more Simcoe for my late hop additions, hop back and dry hop. Decisions, decisions. Perhaps a beer will help put things into perspective...

    Simcoe, Amarillo and Nelson Sauvin hops... very tasty! Next week I'm hoping to brew a Saison, so anyone with tips and/or recipe advice please BM me! Cheers.

    "The Poet" and I can't figure out how to get image codes imbedded on the phone. Very easy on the computer. Will post later. All the beer in this place is served at 33 degrees. Too cold for this style. Bartender looked at me funny when I asked for a warm Stella glass... only goblet style I see here...
