Lovely pics - thanks!
Cooking up burgers just in time for football, it looks like (staying in today).
Aardwolf Two of Wands
Spirit has a serious case of FOMO whenever I'm cooking. He doesn't beg, but he wants to be around, just in case, you know?
I spent some time in Jax last night with the gf. Some painting and some beers.
Horus Hazelnut Harris - no, the finished product is not available for public display (because it's terrible; the beer, not terrible)
Sixpoint Puff Puff
Rodenbach Vintage 2016
Tree House Brewing Company
Mrs. Z went out with her girlfriends yesterday and is still in the bed as a result today They drove to Bartow,FL and toured the “Wonder House”, built 1912 to 1934...and allegedly haunted. Too much activity (and maybe Mexican burritos )...
Ava and I are enjoying what feels to be the start of our “not so hot season” weather on the balcony - Jai Alai:
That is wicked cool, Cheers
Great costume, well earned!
Lol. Our dog does the same routine - not begging, per se, but here I am if you’d care to throw me a “whatever”...Ava is far more successful with Mrs. Z...Cheers buddy!
Beer #4 was over on nbs, now onto beer #5.
At my favorite local watering hole having a Red's Rye (Founders) and trying a pour of Tocobaga (Cigar City), compliments of the waiter. One thing I've always liked is the staff brings out samples without prompting just because they think you may like it.
Lazy Sunday, making wings and chili. Watching my Spurs and eventually my Jets. A bubble tea IPA with strawberry purée and. tapioca. Interesting. @EMH73 Has almost a musty, black tea tea. Subtle strawberry, a lot of tea here. It’s actually not bad. Cheers to fuckin Sunday BA!
This one from @thisischuck01
I work nights, just woke up and having this as my morning juice.
Finished product, for those who care. Still slowly sipping my way through this massive stout, believe it or not.
I'll probably move on to a new beer once everything has settled in.
Happy Sunday! A beer that tastes exactly like a Reese's Pieces!
Lagunitas Born Yesterday
Brewdog Sonic Boom IPA.
Cheers from Scotland!
Born Yesterday and the Bears game in the garage. Getting ready for Round 2 of trick or treating, this time I’m handing out the candy.
Crazy rain storms and dark skies outside - totally awesome...
Central Waters Strawberry Shoppe, 6.7% ABV. Pours dark hazy orange with a one finger white head that left no lacing. Nose is strawberry, pine, vanilla, and lactose. Taste is strawberry, lactose, and vanilla with a moderate bitter close. A bit over-carbonated, overall excellent.

We're having a cool fall day, just watching football, grilling, and having some brews.
Creature from the alegea bloom
Crappy, rainy day here. Probably not heading outside since my daughter borrowed my wind proof umbrella for her trip to Salem MA today for Halloween festivities. It's pouring out right now, haven't seen a good continuous rain like this in a while so definitely beneficial. Seemed like as good a time as any for an afternoon brew along with some wings ..
Lunch - simple rice and chicken leftovers... Beer - Psuedo Sue:
Canned 10/02/19...fresher than I can find Jai Alai - heck yes, I’ll drink Sue! Cheers!
Another pour of Morning Wood
Going into the prayer room to try to lift whatever is afflicting Liverpool.
Bells Two Hearted for the start of the Eagles vs. Bills game. Go Birds!

Crystal clear brownish-orange body topped with a thick, creamy off-white head. Nice earthy aroma; grainy and not too sweet; subtle classic pumpkin pie notes. Nice flavor combining light pumpkin flavors with cinnamon and allspice; cloves; brown sugar; some boozy notes; a tad phenolic. Medium-heavy body; a little coarse on the palate; warm; a bit sugary yet finishes with an alcohol dryness.
This beer looks great and tastes rather so-so. It's not as sweet or pie-like like many beers of this nature, and that is a nice thing. The alcohol presence could be tamed a bit, perhaps with a touch more malt backbone or pumpkin presence. That might result and a better overall balance. Still, this beer is pleasant enough to sip on a cold fall day.
Thank you @strohme2, details of NBS, cheers!
Settling in on the sofa on this rainy day watching the Bill-Eagles as a precursor to the Pats-Browns game later this afternoon.....and of course drinking a fantastic imperial milk stout by Treehouse featuring coffee, chocolate, and maple syrup!
Watching some football
Ahoy, mateys. Twin Elephant Gathering Clouds and Jets football. Jets football: I expect nothing and am still disappointed every week.
I’m 100% convinced we are still undefeated because I’ve been drinking early on Sundays....
Starting with some MC² from Equilibrium. They did a mobile canning pop-up in PA today, as well as yesterday, so you know I had to be there. I'm very pleased with how things went down this morning. Not my first time with this beer, but this batch is amazing. This was the very first beer I had from them at their Middletown, NY facility. Cheers, advocates. NFL Sunday!
really sad they filtered this new batch the last one was full of floaties and was considerably better imo
Love Hommage! A pic per chance to make me salivate?
I had it when some cans made their way to TBBW earlier this year. Great stuff/I’m always up for Equilibrium when it comes to Florida - had some Fractal on tap last night - Cheers!
Breckenridge Christmas Ale, 7.1% ABV. Pours dark brown, with a one-finger off-white head that left decent lacing. Nose caramel and spices. Taste follows, plus chocolate, bready, with a slight bitter close. A bit under-carbonated. Overall good. Doesn't taste like Christmas.
