I love the smell of Hop Butcher in the afternoon.

 

We did among MANY others.

 

It’s 75 degrees in the shade with a great breeze today...I stopped at my local honey hole to re-stock, and inter alia, grabbed a sixer of his freshie - Guayabera:



Canned 11/7/19...freshest canned beer I’ve bought in months, maybe years, and the citrus is bright and delicious! I’m gonna sit in the sun and enjoy...Cheers!

 

I am trying to go @impending with my second one of the day of this phenomenal beer!

 

One last one here before I travel on down the road. Oktoberfest

 

5.5% Milk Stout with Coconut. I like this more than regular Velvet Merlin & Nitro Merlin! I'm not particularly a coconut fan in general, but this one is subdued where you know it's there but it's just a small accent. Mostly what you're tasting is the base beer. This is well done, and infinitely drinkable.

Well when I took out a BCBS you were coherent enough to tell me you don't drink any AB Inbev beers. Any memory of the Drambouie?

 

I concur. Sadly I drank my last one earlier this week. Was recently sent some buy a great BA!

 

Still at Stone Cow. Pretty good stout try the one without the whip cream.

Aroma is orange citrus, tangerine, citrus zest

Taste is orange citrus, orange rind

Hop taste , semi dry finish,

Good beer

 

This one is actually a carry-over from last night. Wormtown Hopular Culture, I sealed the glass with some plastic wrap and it's fine today.



Got a pot of beef minestrone soup cooking to warm the bones later for dinner.
