    One of my favorite beers ever. Enjoy the time off because, yes, the time leading up to a vaca and the immediate time back are hell. You have started early, though, with the Double Crooked.

    Drinking me a Heady while prepping these two beatiful 8-9lbs Bone-In Pork Shoulders with my Super Sweet Spicy Rub. A Rub so good, Myron Mixon offered me 10 Million Dollars for the recipe but I said NO, Myron you got enough trophies. :grinning:

    I'm sippin sum Wild Turkey 101 right now, and all I can think about is a cold Shiner Ruby Redbird. I don't know why. I'm clueless. Never had it and I don't know why I want it. Will pick up at the sto' tomorrow.

    I got a few bags left of Roasted Hatch green chili in the freezer that are left from last season but nothing like it fresh in Aug/Sept. You smell it roasting every where you go. I normally buy a 30lb bag fresh and roast it myself.

    Drinking my first one ever of these...it's refreshing, super easy to drink...but must be fairly low in abv...not a bad thing in the least tho.
