Got off work and decided to dig through the cellar



I figured after hanging out in the basement for a year, tonight was as good a night as any to crack this guy



can't decide if I like aged or fresh better, either way, this beer is sooooooo smooooooth.

I got a couple of those in a trade a couple weeks back, along with some Double Daisy Cutter, loved both of them. You hit the nail on the head, Chicago really is making some awesome hoppy treats.

If it weren't 8:30 am and I was not in a Naval Reserve Center, I'd be drinking Furious from Surly. Navy sent me to Minneapolis for three days and I made sure to pick some of this up.
