    That was cool they added that and this Flow Switch I get a good amount of coconut and no garlic and onion. Sabro sometimes gives me that other flavor.

    Had to take one of our little girls up to the Vet Surgeons for an emergency gallbladder removal. "Jenny" is 12 1/2 years old and has officially become our little $50,000. doggie. Throwing back at least a sixer of Jai Alai for starters and hoping that our baby does alright throughout and after the surgery.

    Nostradamus. One of my all time favorite BSDAs. Unfortunately hasn't been imported in a while. Fortunately I had a heads up from the importer so I stocked up and it ages fantastically. Swirl the bottle to integrate the yeast from the bottle conditioning, let it warm to about 50 degrees, sip and enjoy!

    Last of the brews downed while golfing today. Not a great day on the links (82), but not terrible considering it was only 45 degrees and the wind was gusting upwards of 40mph

    Trying out Brain Salad DIPA from Union Craft. Lotsa citrus and overripe tropical fruit/melon. Dry/sticky, earthy, and resinous on the finish. Thumbs up.
