Hertog Jan (NL) Grand Prestige 2019.
Wife wanted some KFC Nashville hot chicken so we ventured about 6 miles east of the house. Drive through purchases were open at this little brewery in the same town.
Triplehorn - Intervention DIPA
Busy ass day at work but hey, at least I'm still workin'! Trying out Cross Path from Allagash, organic Golden Ale with buckwheat and granola. Bread, light coriander/yeast, and a pleasantly silky mouthfeel. Been slacking on my review game in the last month, so I'm gonna go put this one on the books and fire up some Rocket League.
First of two for me today is a new pour, Bell's Leaves of Grass Series - VI Salut au Monde!
I liked this one a lot.
Bottled 3/3/20, 5% ABV.
Appearance: Light clear golden straw pour, mild carbonation lasts throughout the pour, one finger light foam leaves light soapy lacing. 4.0
Aroma: Very nice bold barley aroma, well backed by corn, malt, grass, rye and pepper. 4.25
Taste: Taste mirrors aroma, lightly dry and bitter, barley leads, salt, bread, rye and corn follow, faint grass. Very fresh. 4.0
Mouthfeel: Light mouthfeel and body, persistent fizzy carbonation holds throughout, light dry finish. 4.0
Overall: A very good Kellerbier. 4.0
Salut Tommy (Sadly, The Suite Lounge is still closed due to the Corona Beer Virus).
-a simple lager from Anchor. Cheers
It's so rare for me to get my hands on some proper West Coast goodness, so I'm quite thankful for this great example of the style brewed in collaboration with Fat Head's, who are masters of the style in my opinion. I loved Head Hunter and they did another excellent collaboration with Kundmüller recently which was just as good.
Hop Butcher Mega Bite. Enjoying this juice bomb.
Hey Gang. What better way to spend the day than with a 12.1% crowler lmao. Jedi Mind Tricks from Twin Elephant. cheers!
A very nice and bold NEDIPA.
Not every evening, sir
@TheIPAHunter Better late than never, buddy.
2020 Spring Landscape in my thrift shop find pilsner glass that totally isn't a sundae glass, why do you ask? Works fantastic for lagers, always gotta look at the world with an open mind. Cheers BA!
This beer is still tremendous. That is all. Cheers!
So with the world is in chaos and our friends decide to tie the knot. Gave us a 2 hour notice even though they had it planned for a few days.
So slip on a tux and stand beside the groom...six feet to the side of the groom.
It was actually a really nice moment in the middle of everything going on. So I figured I'd crack open a bottle of something I always thought was a great beer for the occasion . Of course I had to put gloves on before I opened their champagne.
Chimay grand reserve
The bowtie and pocket triangle, sexy
Finished some yardwork just before the gentle showers rolled through. Time for a championship-level beer.. Cheers!
Happy almost Friday peeps....
This is a mighty fine tasting local'ish brew
A nice IPA with some fruity, floral and resinous characteristics, finishing with a good bitterness.
I love it, but unless you're wanted by the feds, show your face. Haha! Cheers.
Placing faith in the hippie chick now, never disappoints

Tickled shitless my buddy sent me some of the most lust worthy beers I could dream of. I'm going to break out my last Deep Ellum's after this Dogfish Head. Be ready for a new beer tomorrow. Even the wife was happy.
When the goin' gets tough, we breakout the tough beer!
Nice beers, sir! Looking forward to seeing your opinions.
Beer #2. I figure I’ll be drinking a lot more 4/6 packs in April than usual. Might as well make them good ones.

Revisiting a Colorado classic IPA. Odell.
Apparently they are, yes. I wasn't aware of that previously, to be honest. Damn good beer in any case, and comes at a decent price as well. I might go back and buy as many bottles as I can carry .
On the Wings of Armageddon Amarillo variant. Very good, but not sure how I feel about it with regards to the original, might need to dig into a few more cans...
