Wait. I thought you said you didn't have "two turntables and a microphone"?
Boneyard Notorious Triple
Fresh beer. Purchased in a no contact, extreme distance manner.
Yes, I post this song a lot. But on some days, it turns out to be my theme song.
Let's get LARRRGE!
Jester King SPON. Cheers!
Island City's Belgian Tripel......Very good, very big and boozy, nice sipping beer. Support your local brewery.
Lager with a late dinner
Straight from da can and in my BrüMate:
Lagunitas Phase Change IPA, 7.4% ABV. Pours orange with a 1.5 finger white head that left solid foamy lacing. Nose is grassy fruit, taste follows, plus light onion, no sweetness and not much bitterness, can really taste the grassiness, think it's Kentucky Bluegrass but could be Fescue - always get those mixed up. Decent mouthfeel, overall excellent. Truly a lawnmower beer.
4/5 rDev -1.5%
look: 4 | smell: 4 | taste: 4 | feel: 4 | overall: 4
Weather went to hell here, was in the mid-70's yesterday, and now it's in the upper 20's with freezing rain. I have one more new-to-me-beer for NBS, so I'll have to get out and pick up some new brews for the next NBT. Luckily liquor stores are deemed essential.
the corner deli comes through - glad I checked in today -
Man every time I see that glass i want whatever is inside.
Love wine too as a Chef I cant and don't want to avoid it. Love zins too.
Hell yea man, Don't think I've seen anyone post Carach Angren on here before. Looking forward to the new LP, but I don't think anything can top Death Came Through a Phantom Ship
Yum Yum That version of Cutting Tiles I love. Lucky You.
Right NOW, I am finishing up a highly enjoyable beer from TG:
as well as finishing my reading of Marvel Essential X-Men (Vol. 2):
Great shah right here.
And some music by a couple of Giants.
Bell’s nailed this, IMHO, especially if you like Winter Warmers, which I do (shocker, I know). The brown sugar/bread combo makes this, again IMHO.
JFC, I can't wait until Mikey starts posting glorious shit from TC and Veil again.
Even though I did not eat that much today, three beers seemed to fill me up. So on to cheap wine.
Got a nice surprise from wife’s aunt in Pennsylvania. Lady is in her 80’s.
Honest question - what is the correct glass for a triple IPA? I’m guessing snifter...
Finishing with another Cross Path, night, y'all!
Fat Heads Benjamin Danklin IPA (Chinook, Warrior, Citra, Simcoe) with a side of Woodford Reserve Rye. Both are outstanding. When I'm looking to scratch my traditional IPA itch, Fat Heads is one of my go to's. Getting bright pine cone and resin, mango skin, navel orange, ruby red grapefruit, slight lemon, and some herbaceous dankness.
Thankfully (to some) the ax has been put away......cheers mates.....
Semantics when your gut is the correct answer.
Fibonacci Brewing ( Mt. Healthy, OH) Tollhouse American stout- a bottle purchased during a trip to Cincinnati before the virus hit the fan. Excellent stout with a smokey licorice flavor.
pFriem -- Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout
Laser Cat from Medusa
Anyone watching Brockmire, it’s kind of eerie, watching it with what’s been going on given that it was filmed a while ago. Cheers
a little love for John Prine
Hello all. Kickin things off with a Baptist of sorts
and we'll kick off the jams with something short and sweet...jim ward kills it on this track
I'm drinking a Deep River Carpetbagger Imperial IPA.
This is total hop bomb, that's been high alpha acid hopped at the beginning and ending of the boil. Then, dry hopped three times.
If you're a self professed, "Hop Head," you'll want to give this one a try.
I should play some modern warfair seeing how i bought it months ago and never played it.
Dude, instead of Amazon, Whole Foods, and Total Wine, I am gonna try to get an order from Veil or Triple Crossing. Read on instagram that Veil ran out of packing supplies because the demand was so great.
An excellent offering from MBC; and real nice to come home to after essential, gloves-on, retail sales.
16 days old and refreshingly enjoyable like all their IPAs.
I think I need to go to wisconsin soon and gas is like $1.89 right now
Another great one via @Mbgreg
Add me if you ever get around to playing it. It is cross platform now.
Spak#4265809 is my Activision account
Having another All Day IPA. If you like Arlo Guthrie, check out the Alice's Restaurant 50th
Anniversary Concert on Prime, outstanding. It's worth watching just to see him sing Alice's Restaurant live. He's a class act, no pretense.
Second pour, canned 3/17, absolutely fresh and delicious. Spiteful Brewing's Tangerine IPA, glad I grabbed these when they came out because they are sold out at the brewery.
One more pour to close out the day, a second Bell's Leaves of Grass Salut au Monde
Looking forward to Saison Saturday (and Friday)!
Rest in Peace Farmio!!!
