    It's a 16 oz can and I'm at 300 ml's "something" on the initial pour. Meh. who cares about metrics, all I know is there's more left in the can to enjoy and that Metric matters most. :wink:

    I believe there are meds to reduce the chance of blood clots but have no idea of the risks.

    Shit, you gotta be younger. 80 mile week? Christ, haven't had one since my 20s. I thought I was doing OK at 49 with a 35 mile week.
    Got my 9'er in today - cheers to a fellow runner - but like @Ocalafox - Color me impressed.

    I had signed up for the OC Marathon, but then COVID happened. I’m in training mode with nothing lined up. I’m worried that my motivation might fade, but I try to keep going and jump on anything that opens up.

    My politics have changed over the years. For the most part I have been fiscally conservative and socially liberal. No I have no idea who I am. Everything is mixed up.

    Now my brain hurts. Thinking does that to me. I think it is time to transition to cheap wine (what say you @sceam ) and some shrimp.

    Man, I’m doing great. Never been busier in my life - and I’m on paternity leave from my real job!

    Jesus. You AND @Beersnake1 are both nuts. I fancy myself in shape and can do 4 or 5 rather easily but you guys are putting in some serious work. Kudos to that.
