    IdonteverEVERwanttoBU, a Veil beer, replicated by Monkish. This is pretty good, but I can't say I'm a fan of the zero IBU concept. Do I knock points for that? I don't know at this point, but this is certainly the beer you'd give to a person that states: "I don't like IPAs because they're bitter." Peace...

    ...it wasn't work I was looking forward too, but while mowing the lawn, I noticed a huge main offshoot of our apple tree broke in the extremely heavy winds last night...got my chain saw running (haven't used it in years) and got the thing cut up and out of the neighbors yard and off our privacy fence. Where you see three main trunks/branches in the background, there were four...Rocket The Wonder Dog checks out the aftermath...Mrs. BeerGoot helped moving the brush...PtE tasted so good afterward...

    Lawson's Super Session #4 IPA (4.8% ABV) - My overall rating = 4.0

    Having this near Pittsburgh, PA from a 16oz canned on 2020-05-29 so it is really fresh. First time I've had this version of Super Session.

    A - Somewhat-hazy gold with a 1-finger white head and light lace
    S - French bread, melon, citrus, honeysuckle
    T - Bread with orange jelly and honey. Some pine. Herbal spice. Moderately bitter.
    M - Light-medium body and carbonation. Smooth then a quite-dry finish.
    O - Quite tasty for the ABV. I like it almost as much as #6.

    It's hot and humid here, pool weather. Just finished work and kicking back with a few. Got the tunes on. Right now, it's this classic:

    Perhaps my favorite beer, and...I bought that box set for me, pre-Christmas 1976, and played the heck out of it...my favorite trac of the lot, it made me think of a girl I was seeing in high school at the time... thanks for posting, and for the memories - Cheers!
